KDIL protects the quality and safety of milk and other
dairy products by abiding to strict government food safety
regulations related to health, cleanliness and sanitation,
and processing procedures.
Whenever milk arives to our Plant, sample
is taken for quality analysis and an antibiotic residue test
is run prior to unloading. Acidity, temperature and microscopic
bacteria tests are run immediately on each load to verify
quality of the raw milk.

The quality of finished products is dependent
upon the production of quality milk on the farm. Bulk tank
samples are tested for both quality and composition. Thorough
testing of finished products ensures adherence to customer
specifications and enables KDIL to maximize yield and economic
return. Additional tests, such as salt content and bacteria
count, are run to check product quality.
KDIL takes all necessary precautions and
measures necessary in the production, processing and distribution
of dairy products to ensure that the dairy products are free
from contamination and meet the requirements specified by
the govt. of India.
The Company follows stringent norms to meet
the physical, chemical and biological standards to ensure
total quality .The well equipped laboratory enables to exercise
both qualitative and quantitative quality control procedures,
through online and offline controls over all the raw materials
and finished goods.
Milk being primary raw material is not only
checked for Fat and SNF, but also screened for stability,
neutralizers, adulterants and bacterial load. The SMP produced
carries ISI certification mark under Bureau Of Indian Standards
(BIS) and Ghee carries the AGMARK for special grade. Functioning
on internationally recommended guidelines the Company epitomizes
immaculate hygiene standards and superior quality. We are also meeting international standards for SMP.
